Laura Ladino Guerrero is a Colombian-born, Miami-raised arts administrator, independent curator, and freelance consultant, currently based in Coral Gables, FL.
Laura has co-curated exhibitions in Florida and Virginia and served as a juror for the South Florida Cultural Consortium and the All-Florida Exhibition at Alliance for the Arts. Additionally, she has organized artistic panels with Mosaic Miami, FIU Ratcliffe Art + Design Incubator, Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab, Families Against Banning Books, Moms4Libros, and the Unlocked Foundation.
As a freelance consultant, she has worked with emerging and established arts organizations and galleries, such as Midnight House (artist support organization), Hollywood Art and Culture (artist-in-residency program), and Superposition Gallery (nomadic gallery), providing administrative support, institutional writing, and programming guidance. She has also assisted emerging and mid-career artists with refining their artist statements, CVs, installation-related questions, contracts, and other professional documentation. Artists are her first priority, always.
Laura is currently the Artistic and Education Programming Director at GableStage Theatre Company, where she oversees education initiatives such as IGNITE, Shakespeare-in-the-Schools, Student Matinees, and A Dose of Fun, a new theatre in children’s hospitals initiative. She also provides key support in areas like casting, marketing, grants, and artistic programming.
